Community Service

Delta Epsilon Mu has partnered with a number of organizations over the years to both support our community from the ground up and expose our members to health-related disciplines they would not cross in class. Some of the organizations we have previously partnered with include:

  • The HOPE Clinic

  • Ronald McDonald House

  • Blueprints for Pangea

  • Local High School Systems

Philanthropy    

Delta Epsilon Mu is a proud partner of our national philanthropy system known as the ΔREAMNetwork. Our national philanthropy pools donations from our 40+ active national chapters to support summer camps for kids with specialized medical needs. The ΔREAM Network spans Camp Korey, Sam’s Adventure Camp, and Camp Skywild.

The ΔREAM Network also connects our DEMbers with the unique opportunity for Health Internships at any of the ΔREAM Network summer campsites.

Professional Development

Delta Epsilon Mu is proud to host a wide-range of professional development workshops for our 100+ active members. Our professional development events include a wide range of interdisciplinary projects to ensure our members
are well-rounded in their post-grad careers.
Examples of past events include:

  • ‍Admissions panels with highly esteemed programs

  • Suture workshops with practicing physicians

  • Alumni and resource panels with former members

  • Guest speakers from different fields of study

Community    

If you ask a DEMber what their favorite part of DEM is, it is almost guaranteed they will say the word community. To DEMbers, our community extends beyond just our fraternity. Our DEMbers put others before themselves to help ensure academic excellence, recurring mentorship, and friendships that last a lifetime.
